oh yeah. i have this secret ambition to be a food connoisseur, for i have great taste buds for food. i'm not exactly picky about eating, but i do know when it sucks. i would rather eat a little out of the best, than eat a whole load of crap.
agree?
好姐 cooks up some kickass traditional chinese food. claypot and some misc stuff from the zi char stall only. like hor fun, bee hoon etc. it has been around for many many years, since the hawker centre opened up i think. other stalls pale in comparison when it comes to cooking a nice plate of noodles, because they lack 'wok hei'.
well you'll know what i mean if you're cantonese. there will always be 3 old bachelors around. if you see them, you're there.
forgot to take pictures because i couldn't stop eating. non halal btw.
these are some kickass dumplings too. ate one there and gavin bought some back (and we also brought it around singapore)! since the dragon boat festival is approaching, you can try buying your supply there. :)

bought my shorts from haji lane (like f-i-n-a-l-l-y!). went into this furmuse shop and were looking at the mens wear. i casually asked gavin if the pair of pants he was holding's straight cut. and the shop assistant cut in impatiently saying, "oh no the pants we sell here doesn't have straight cut. my shop only sells skinny or tapered,". she then proceeds to roll her eyes and i whacked her face with my shoe.

like wth. i personally think straight cut would be more suitable for growing adults. skinnies are kinda like a thing of yesteryear.
