it was a no-fuss dinner with my family the weekend before my birthday and that was it, simple yet filled with contentment.

so later on that night, joyce braved the wandering spirits and walked over with her fluffy warrior. they brought a daisy and a picture. ♥
you would have noticed that my hair was still wet, because she came over while i was showering. when i entered my room, i just stood there staring at the new additions on my table. all the while with dripping wet hair. and there she was, beaming at me from downstairs.
gave them an apple. that's cookie gazing longingly at joyce munching on the apple.
and then after she left, gavin came over!
you would have thought him smart enough to buy a cake that was actually soft enough for the candle holder to penetrate through. but noooo, he had to drill a hole into the cake WITH the candle holder and suffered minor burns in the meantime. :(

ooh! i got a new old camera. :) now i'm one of those SLR wielding kids (which i secretly despised).
