tried this, tried that, but nothing looked good. all their shoes were so long you'd think you're wearing platypuses on your feet. the more we looked at their shoes, the uglier it got.

me to the salesperson: "do you have shoes with a shorter front?"

salesperson: "no, all our shoes are long because it's trendy."

salesperson: "it's trendy. you can try hush puppies or BATA if you want."
