gavin and i set a target to achieve. later,
no point signing up for membership in fitness centres since i don't like going to the gym. not very into the idea of getting myself all sweaty and smelly. good thing my father's got a club membership, so i don't need to pay a single cent while i use their facilities. as my guest, gavin has to pay $3 to use the pool. $5 for gym and pool. which is totally worth it because you don't get everyone else's guck and goo all over you when you swim in public pools. and i don't fancy squeezing with the crowd only in my swim suit, thank you very much.
back to my target. i will try to have at least 150 mins of exercise weekly. need stronger bones. need stronger muscles. need more weight. need more cheese fries. yum.
think i would rather be a heavier healthy girl, with good nutrition and adequate exercise, rather than a light unhealthy girl. it's funny how men are trying to gain weight and girls tryna lose weight. it's so unhealthy. we should both learn from each other.
and to be a healthy girl, i need to start sleeping early.

any movies to watch these days? get smart was idiotic and i don't want to watch zohan because i think it's deliberately stupid. gavin watched that online and even he said so. maybe i should try watching the hulk? or maybe just not watch any.
